Established in 1992, FEMFI was conceived to provide internationally recognized certification to Filipino seafarers. FEMFI firmly believes in value formation of a world class seafarer through high standard maritime training and practical assessment.

From a one classroom review center, FEMFI is now one of Philippines’ leaders in maritime training and practical assessment.

Reflective of its pioneering and innovative spirit, FEMFI distinguished itself among the first trusted maritime training centers in the Philippines by being the first to offer training programs such as:
